UPDATES on COVID-19 ... We Protect The Well Being of Clients, Employees and Community



Dear Customer,


We continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the health of our customers and employees is of upmost importance to us. We wanted to provide an update of some of the precautionary steps we are taking as an organization to be vigilant about the well-being of our customers, employees and communities.


Our Ballrooms: We will continue to provide access to our restrooms where you can wash your hands. Additionally, we are routinely cleaning high touch surfaces with disinfectant and have hand sanitizer available for customers to use as needed.


Our Team: We will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC to best protect our customers and employees and keep our work environments safe. We ask our team members to stay at home if they are ill, to protect their coworkers and our customers.


Our Community: Our team has planned and prepared to be ready to serve our communities in a variety of situations and challenges. The situation with COVID-19 is no exception to this preparedness and we are here to continue to serve our customers.


We will continue to closely monitor situation and make decisions for our customers and employees’ best interest. We update the whole business regularly on the Government’s and respective authority advice and the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and continuing ability to provide our services. We continue to engage with our key partners (Bijan Pte Ltd, BestMan "The Groom Stylist" & Sohanie Entertainment) & suppliers in order to manage disruption risk.
